Yuglie is run by Phil Morrow, a web designer based in Bedfordshire, UK. He designs with a focus on producing clean, semantic, hand-coded websites, paying close attention to usability and accessibility to maximise return on investment.

He also runs a blog and quite enjoys talking in the third person.
